Welcome to the Whatcom Development Club Board of Directors and Advisory Council page. The Whatcom Development Club is the governing body of the WFC Rangers. The Board of Directors are charged with establishing policies and procedures to govern and regulate all Ranger teams. The Advisory Council is made up of parent representatives and team managers from each of the Ranger squads. The primary goal of the Advisory Council is to guide athletes, parents, team managers and coaches in the pursuit of excellence in the game of soccer. They may recommend changes to the Board of Directors. The WDC Board of Directors meetings are held the second Monday of the month at Cascade Pizza on Meridian starting at 7:30 pm.
