More Tournament Success for Ranger Teams
The WFC Rangers had 6 teams with succesful tournament weekends. Congratulations to the following Ranger Teams.
GU14 White - Gill / Federal Way Blast Off, Champions
GU17 Blue - Durkee/Fed. Way Blast Off, Runner Up GU13 Gold - Ronney Rimland Cup, Runner Up
GU13 Blue - Haverstraw Rimland Cup, Runner Up
GU14 Gold - Robinette Rimland Cup, Semi-Finalist
GU17 Gold - Turpen Rimland Cup, Semi-Finalist
These teams continue one of our most successful summer campaigns in recent memory, keep it up Rangers!
Ladies Move on in ODP Pool
The ODP program is in full swing right now with ongoing tryouts and pool reduction happening now. The Rangers have several girls moving on in search of a spot in the final 18. Kirsten Salminen, GK U17 Gold-Turpen, is one of 4 GK's left as the squad was cut to 28 last week. Also, still in the running is Miranda Heslep of the same U17 team. Katelyn Steele a member of our new GU13 Gold team has also moved ahead in the pool selection. Congratulations ladies, keep up the good work!
Greg Brisbon and Lance Calloway are coaching ODP boys teams this year. They're looking at it from the tough perspective of evaluation and selection. Tough work coaches, good luck with your teams.
